The Diversity Working Group at Berliner Festspiele was committed to developing a diversity-oriented, equitable, and forward-looking cultural practice within the institution. Its work focused on three key areas: staff, programming, and audiences.
As a member of the working group, I contributed to organizing internal talks and workshops on topics such as anti-racism, awareness, accessibility, and anti-discriminatory practices. I also conceived and designed the accompanying posters and communication materials for the event series.
